This settings has effect only in rasterization method.
These attributes are used for all objects affected by indirect lighting, area lights or emit light in screen space before final compositing.
Blur Radius
Resulting indirect lighting values are blurred together with respect to objects and scene depth to remove noise. This attribute tells how much blur should be applied, the blurring can be also disabled by setting the value to zero if noisy indirect lighting is what is wanted.
Blur Sharpness
Blur sharpness value affects the way blur is applied to the resulting indirect lighting layer. Blurring technique takes different objects and their depth into account so indirect lighting from one object is not blurred with indirect lighting from another object right next to it. Higher values result in more strict rule to not blur pixels from different depths.
